Correct!My expectation was right!Only the same faces that I see in the small prayer room would turn up for this weekly event by the society.Where are you brothers and sisters?I could see you wondering around the university but why wouldn't you turn up to support the society.By the way it's beneficial for your own good actually!

Crap!Lets talk about the gist of the talk.
The Sheikh affirmed that Al-Quran is the way of life.Allah The almighty has made it easy for muslims to memorize it.We can find anywhere in the world people are able to memorize it but it is unlikely to find people to memorize Veda,Gospels and other books.Thats amazing!One of the wonders of the Quran.
However,the only problem is certainly not on Islam itself,its because we as an ummah have no confidence in our deen.We are shy to convey the message by the God to non believers.Of course there are many ways to portray the message of Islam even to the muslims who lack knowledge about Islam(not only to non muslims).As long as we don't eradicate that shyness,the rise of Islam gets slower and the future is not gonna be on our side!
Furthermore,Sheikh Muhammad Al-Jihani also reminded us to have patience on three things (but only two were delivered during the talk,to be continued maybe......) :
1)Practicing Allah's commands/sunnah of Prophet Muahammad saw
-just do whatever it takes to complete it and dont be bothered by the surrounding
2)Not doing ma'siah(sin)/control your desire
-controlling desire acts as a brake as accident takes place without brake
InsyaAllah the society will become more active in da'wa and retains enormous support by the muslim community itself!
